For much of my life, I was trapped in the confines of my mind—ruled by the “shoulds,” the traditions, and the relentless logic that kept me from truly living. I didn’t trust the power of simply BEing. I didn’t trust my inner knowing. I struggled to make choices from the core of who I truly am.
